Health & Safety Guidelines
To ensure the safety of our patients and staff, we ask that you reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing any symptoms of illness or have recently been exposed to a contagious condition.
Patients may be asked to reschedule if they have:
- A positive viral test for SARS-CoV-2 or other infectious diseases
- Symptoms of a respiratory illness (fever, cough, shortness of breath, etc.)
- Close contact with someone who has a respiratory infection
